Avatar may inspire individuals to become Earth Citizens

James Cameron's 2009 film Avatar made headlines and won several awards due to its groundbreaking advances in 3D filming technology and enthralling storyline about a peaceful utopia being torn to shreds by greed and violence.

The harmonious existence of the Na'vi race on the planet Pandora is a prime example of how individuals can live an enlightened existence through connecting with nature and each other.

When the Na'vi were confronted by the humans with violence that nearly destroyed their land and their species, they fought back with healing prayer at the Tree of Souls. Their prayer is answered by a flock of beasts known as titanotheres, who make short work of Earth's army and its technology and save Pandora.

In the end, the story's hero Jake is rescued by his Na'vi lover Neytiri and the humans are shipped back to Earth. Jake is then permanently transformed into one of the peaceful beings and lives on Pandora with his newfound spiritual growth.

Avatar illustrates Ilchi Lee's beliefs that spiritual healing, peace and enlightenment have the utmost power to change beings for the better and lead to a planet of Earth Citizens.
